Fascia changed everything for me
Understanding fascia transformed how I design fitness programs, stretch my clients, and approach my own workouts. It has become integral to my group fitness classes, where I now incorporate fascia fitness. I also love to help people eliminate mystery aches and pains through mindful fascia care. So, how did this revelation come about?
How I heard the fascia buzz

This was my reality in 2013 when I immersed myself in a two-day workshop, delving into the cutting-edge science of fascia.

Gone are the days of the “old science” of fascia – a field I thought I had mastered during my five years of university study on the human musculoskeletal system. With numerous fitness certifications and over two decades under my belt as a personal trainer, I believed I had a solid grasp of the fitness realm. Little did I know, however, that the “old science ” did not substantially explore fascia. It treated fascia as expendable rather than recognized it as essential to body (mind and spirit) function.
