5 Tips for a Successful 369 Liver Cleanse

You’ve reached this post because you’re on a mission to restore your health. You’re likely stumped as to why and how your health has deteriorated to where it is. You’ve probably seen many doctors and left without answers. Having read about Anthony William’s now famous 369 Liver Cleanse you are intrigued and getting ready to take the steps to heal. Welcome to your healing journey; this cleanse will heal you, and I’m here to guide you.

The 369 Liver Cleanse is potent

In addition to completing the cleanse 4 times, I have been following 369 Liver Cleanse healing stories on Instagram. WOW, it’s really hard to believe how many extreme health turnarounds are shared every single day. This cleanse is proving daily to be a mighty intervention for healing almost every health condition. Also, I am witnessing many incredible healings from my own circle of life as I have been coaching friends and family through the protocol.  I have seen friends lose their protruding bellies, conquer SIBO, Acid reflux, and heal from skin problems.
It’s your turn. It isn’t easy, but it is so important. Here’s some guidance:

TIP#1: Make sure you are absolutely ready to start

The last time I completed the 369 Liver Cleanse it took 2 months of humming and hawing about my start date because there was just so much going on.  I let my intuition guide me, and I just knew when I was ready. I set my intention to start within 7 days.
You will know when it is the right time in your life to commit to a 9-day cleanse.  The planning and prep for this cleanse can be intense, especially if you are also preparing daily meals for your family and or if you have a heavy work or travel schedule. Trust me, the kids and spouse aren’t gonna get excited about celery juice and cold spinach soup, so your workload will go up.
I encourage people to postpone their cleanse if they are traveling unless they have exceptional circumstances where they can access fresh celery juice (same day) and organic produce, and they have the time and space for chopping and blending.
Look for a period with low commitments, and trust your intuition. If it feels like too much, set the intention to clear time and space for yourself and for your healing.

TIP #2: Do it with a friend or a group

Accountability and camaraderie are very powerful when doing something challenging like a cleanse. When I knew I was ready, I announced my cleanse intention to a group of 12 like-minded mamas, and 5 of them ended up completing the cleanse with me. It was great to have a little gang for support. We shared recipes, we snacked on apples and dates together in the park while our kids played, we shopped for each other, and we all whined a bit about the Spinach soup.

TIP #3: Use a checklist

There are a lot of little steps in the 369 Liver Cleans, and every one of them is essential. In addition, many of the foods are best consumed in proper order. For example, you must consume celery juice on an empty stomach before breakfast. And those apples and dates are essential to fuel your liver throughout the cleanse, so you don’t want to miss a snack. Knowing what you need to do each day helps you stay organized and ensure you don’t miss a step.  I made a handy checklist to check off each menu item as I consumed it. Here, you can use mine. 

TIP #4 Prep your food early in the day

I have successfully completed this cleanse when my entire day of food was prepped in the morning. Grab-and-go is the key to preventing crashes and cheats. Getting caught out and about without the ‘right’ snack or meal can lead to hunger, an energy crash, and the likelihood of disrupting the cleanse with a ‘no’ food. Remember that consuming any fat can turn the cleanse off. If your menu is prepped in the morning, you will prevent the situation where you return home starving and have to spend a chunk of time chopping and steaming.

TIP #5: The right storage containers are critical

The 369 Liver Cleanse is 100% food-based and includes smoothies, soups, and snacks you consume constantly throughout the day. I found myself lacking the right food storage containers during my 1st cleanse. I had to empty food jars and containers from my fridge so I had something to hold my cleanse juices, soups and snacks to take with me.  If your schedule is busy and you are on the move, you will want to have everything prepped and ready to go with you. Having the right storage containers is so helpful. Here’s what I needed:
Morning
3 Glass jars 16-32oz each (Lemon water, celery juice, smoothie). I reuse glass bottles from my local juice shop, as well as mason jars.
Lunch
Salad container (Liver Rescue Salad)
Veggie container (Steamed veggies)
Snack container (Apples, dates,  celery sticks)
Evening
Salad container (Liver Rescue Salad)
Veggie container (Steamed veggies)
Glass Jar (Lemon Water)
Thermos (Cleansing Teas: Hibiscus, Lemon Balm)
Day 9
The last day of the cleanse is all liquids. Unless you plan to stay home all day and juice, or you are getting your juices pressed for you, you will need a lot of jars or bottles. I recommend 10 X 16 Oz bottles or jars or 6 large mason jars ( 32 oz celery juice, 32 oz apple/cucumber juice, Approximately 32 oz each of Melon Juice, Papaya, and Orange Juice)
