I have been MELTing since 2013 when I took the MELT Hand and Foot Instructors course with MELT creator Sue Hitzmann.
I had already worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and thought I had seen it all. I traveled all over North America, attending conferences and taking courses. I reached the point where every class I took was just regurgitated information, and nothing was new. After spending two days training with Sue, I felt ignited by the new and very different information she presented. The MELT Method was unlike anything I had experienced.
Nine years later, in 2023, I completed the Level 1 & 2 training. During those nine years, massive new research was conducted in the field.
Combined with a degree in Human Movement and 20 years of training clients in the fitness industry, I am thrilled about incorporating MELT to help people look, feel, and perform their best.

A. 20-Minute MELT Intervention
It is a quick and easy way to break up a long meeting and re-energize participants. Participants can stay located at their tables and are treated to an optional energizing MELT soft ball hand treatment.
By mobilizing fluid in our hands, we can send energizing hydration up the arms and into the neck and shoulders. Participants will feel energized and experience a release of tension in the neck and shoulder area.
A mini hand treatment for up to 20 participants.

B. Intro to MELT, Hands and feet only
A great way to break up a day of meetings. Participants can wear their business attire and enjoy a refreshing treat for their fascia. Minimal space is required.

This package is ideal for wellness-related events where attendees are known to be interested in health, fitness, or wellness. It is also ideal for long or multi-day events where relaxing, indulging activities between sessions may be desirable. A morning energizing MELT or evening relaxation MELT can be programmed.
75-minute intro, whole body MELT experience, each participant receives a Mini Melt ball and handout to take home.
