Lodge Circuits NEW

These 30-minute workouts were designed for a group of heli-ski guides from Canadian Mountain Holidays. They have access to a small workout area with a bench, indoor cycles, chin-up bar , dumbells and medicine balls. They needed something quick and functional that covered both cardio and functional strength.

Alternate circuit 1 & 2 each day or combine them both for a super 1-hour workout every other day.

Desk Jockey

A corrective workout for those who spend all day at a computer workstation. This workout incorporates must-do strength exercises to prevent turning into a hunchback. Includes a full cardio component and ends with 5 must-do stretches to that target those pesky muscles that tend to shorten and throw us out of alignment. At the end of this workout you should feel like you reversed all the damage of sitting all day long. Desk Jockey

A nice intro for Ugi first-timers who may also have been previously inactive. This workout features a balanced blend of upper and lower body strength, core strength and cardio. Pink Baby (Day 1)

All the bending, twisting and hunching moves new mamas have to do while caring for a new baby are balanced in this workout. This workout will make being a new mama easier on your body and will prevent muscle imbalances from developing that can potentially alter your postural alignment even long after baby has gone off to college. Utilizes the unique training concepts of supersets, trisets, & pre-exhaustion to really sculpt muscles for advanced toning. A little less cardio and functional training. COMING SOON!

Beautiful Backside

A full body workout with emphasis on the entire backside. Calves, glutes, low, mid & upper back, rear delts. But especially the glutes. COMING SOON!

Posture Trainer

Targets the muscles that have the propensity to become short and tight. This workout corrects forward head posture, rounded shoulders, excessive spinal curvature & protruding belly. COMING SOON!
