Restless legs. Strategies for a good night's sleep by Shari FeuzI locked myself away for an entire weekend to research and write a recently commissioned article about Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). I spent  hours researching and interviewing natural health practitioners from across North America and learned some very interesting facts, statistics and management strategies for RLS.

However, I should have started my research closer to home. As I emerged from my writers lair and started to share my findings I was shocked by how many of my closest family members, friends and colleagues also suffer from RLS. I had no idea.
