These two 30-minute workouts were designed for a group of lodge dwelling heli-ski guides from Canadian Mountain Holidays.

They have access to a small workout area with a bench, indoor cycles, chin-up bar, dumbbells and medicine balls. 

Yes, even after spending the day on the most rugged slopes in the world these expert guides still needed something quick and effective to maintain their cardiovascular fitness and functional strength.

These circuits are also great  workouts for your condo gym or hotel gym where there is a small amount of basic equipment.

Alternate each 30-minute circuit daily or combine them both for a super 1-hour workout every other day.
