My favorite solution for dry winter skin, and it’s workout friendly.

nuxe huile prodigieuse My favorite solution for dry winter skin, and it’s workout friendly.

The winter often leaves skin dry and the last thing anyone wants is flaky arms or legs while at the gym, or anywhere. The skin is our largest organ of elimination and a good sweaty workout is one of the best ways to detoxify the body so slapping on a thick creamy moisturizer is a bad idea before a workout. I recently discovered a workout-friendly remedy that keeps my skin glowing all winter long.Huile Prodigieuse by Nuxe is a dry oil that is ultra moisturizing but doesn’t leave the skin feeling clogged or buttery.

Why I like it

A blend of 6 plant oils plus vitamin E leaves my skin feeling amazingly soft.

A little goes a long way.

The oil absorbs right away so you are not left with super shiny skin or oily residue that can transfer to workout clothing or equipment.

It comes in a glass bottle with a spray pump so you can spray directly on the arms and legs and don’t have to fumble with an oily bottle and lid.

A very soft natural scent that won’t offend fellow exercisers or cause asthma attacks.

If 70% of what we put on our skin makes it into the bloodstream, it is important to me that I am not slathering on a load of chemicals and preservatives. 98.8% of ingredients are made from natural sources and there are no preservatives.

It’s multi-purpose and is suitable for the face and even the hair.

Safety Tip:  Wash your hands well after applying as oil does not absorb as well into the hands and may affect your grip during your workout, and you wouldn’t want to drop a dumbbell…
