Dancetown is an arcade style dance program created especially for older adults to enjoy the benefits of physical activity in a fun, safe and social setting. A new study by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) shows that Dancetown’s moderate and hard levels provide a sufficient dose of exercise to maintain or improve cardiorespiratory endurance for older adults.
